LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o., a limited liability company, is a manufacturer and vendor of ceramic tiling elements with almost one hundred and forty years of tradition. With its valuable know-how, innovative technology, use of latest knowledge in the field and comprehensive offer of tiles, including building chemistry, LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. belongs among the important European manufacturers of ceramic tiling materials. The attractiveness of the offer is supported by the wide range of the RAKO HOME series, the professional portfolio of RAKO OBJECT products for demanding object solutions, and the comprehensive ceramic tile system solutions is completed by the offer of RAKO SYSTEM construction chemistry. Thanks to a narrow collaboration with our customers and systematic analysis of their satisfaction, we are able to identify their needs. In this way we endeavour to satisfy their challenging long-term demands both on the local market and throughout the world.

LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. is a holder of a Quality Management System Certificate according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2015, and fully respects the energy management system (EnMS) according to requirements of ČSN EN ISO 50001. The Company has implemented and constantly improves the integrated quality management system and its efficiency throughout the entire company with the aim to satisfy the needs and expectations of our employees, customers, stakeholders, and to minimise negative impacts on the environment. To fulfil the quality policy, the Company undertakes to adhere to the following principles:

  • To continuously improve in-company processes, enabling us to eliminate inconsistencies in quality.

  • Our suppliers significantly contribute to the satisfaction of our customers. We involve them in our processes in an optimal way, monitor their performance and support them in their own improvement process.
  • We only deal with suppliers who observe legal regulations and our internal guidelines in relation to environmental protection and occupational safety.
  • We offer our customers ceramic products of maximum quality and benefits that are eco-friendly and comply with effective national and international standards using an environmentally friendly management system. We comply with environmental protection requirements, which is certified by the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) according to ISO 14 025 and EN 15 804, issued by an external organisation.
  • We strive to create optimal conditions for our customers as part of our support services, consultation and logistics, and we value their role in building the brand image and gaining market share.
