LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o. is a manufacturer and vendor of ceramic tiles with a tradition of more than a hundred years. It holds a dominant position in tile production among Central European manufacturers. This is a direct result of its many years of experience, which is supported by the use of contemporary technology and knowledge of the latest advancements within this field. This ranks us among the most renowned and important European exporters of ceramic tiles. Another contributing factor is the regular upgrades of collections with new series ranging from classical to modern designs of ceramic tiles. The objective of the product lines within the RAKO HOME and RAKO OBJECT brands is to address the complete range of customers in the lower, middle and luxury price segments across the European region. By achieving this goal, we wish to retain the 2010 award in the construction companies market and remain competitive with leading world tile manufacturers in all categories.

Principy
The fundamental principle of our Quality Policy is to meet the requirements of our customers and satisfy their needs, focusing on the properties of our products, with regards to their technical, aesthetic and utility values; the reliability and promptness of deliveries; and accelerated solving of complaints, claims and comments from our customers. Another principle is to maintain open communication and long-term cooperation with all parties involved (customers, employees, suppliers, external auditors, the company, etc.). We will ensure growth of work productivity by reducing production costs, using new technologies, increasing production yield, and improving the professional competence and qualifications of our employees.
We will create optimal conditions for our employees in order for them to enhance their knowledge and professional qualifications; improve working and social conditions, including health care; support the development of motivational approaches and praise their work. For 2011 and 2012, we have prepared a new training and development programme for our employees with the support of the European Social Fund. We understand that motivation of our employees is a priority in order to achieve high quality and efficient business processes.
We expect an active approach from our employees when dealing with new challenges and making suggestions for improvement of all processes which affect the quality of the final product. Furthermore, we expect their support in the consistent, qualified and responsible fulfilment of their work duties while observing operating and safety procedures so they are always able to perform their jobs correctly.
