EuroSkills 2025 – a showcase of talent in Herning, Denmark... RAKO is there!

On Friday, May 16, 2025, the contestants were introduced by Zdeněk Zajíček, President of the Chamber of Commerce, in the Brožík Hall of the Old Town Hall in Prague.
In less than four months, participants will showcase their skills at the 9th European biennial of professional skills – EuroSkills 2025 – in Denmark, at the stadium in Herning, where the 2025 Ice Hockey World Championship is currently taking place.
Nearly 700 participants from 33 European countries will compete in 38 disciplines to become the best professional in Europe – including the tiling category, where RAKO’s presence is a must.

Balnar Dominik
will represent the Tilers’ Guild at the EuroSkills competition. He chose this trade after witnessing what it entails and how the work looks in practice during the complete renovation of his house. This experience convinced him that he wants to work in this field. He sees the construction industry as a broad and diverse sector with a lot to offer.
